Pete Johnston and Allen Bryant began their firm in 1987 to provide auditing and accounting services to the healthcare industry in the state of Oklahoma. Since inception Johnston & Bryant has served a large number of health care clients including hospitals, rural health clinics, home health agencies, nursing homes and are currently providing auditing and accounting services to fifteen of the state’s Federally Qualified Health Centers.
The partners of Johnston & Bryant are dedicated to providing high quality hands on service to their clients. In an effort to maintain a high level of competency the partners seek out only the highest quality of continuing education available attending classes that are taught by persons actually involved in writing the rules and regulations such as AICPA, FASB and GASB committee members or persons employed at the GAO, OMB and various Offices of Inspector Generals. Both partners complete a minimum of 40 hours of continuing education annually.
